Job Description

The Tri-City Storm (USHL) and Viaero Center seek an energetic, hardworking, and motivated sales associate to sell corporate partnerships, group outings and other ticket packages via telemarketing, electronic mail and face-to-face presentations. This position will also service existing accounts, work all home games and cultivate relationships with their season ticket clientele and create new ideas to increase ticket sales and retention.  The candidate will report directly to the President of Business Operations.
 
Duties and Responsibilities:

1.       Sell Corporate Partnerships.

2.       Sell & service individual and corporate Season Ticket Packages, Group Outings & Suites.

3.       Sell and service new and existing Partners, season ticket, and group accounts.

4.       Develop and expand relationships with clients and organizations.

5.       Work community events outside of the office.

6.       Game Day/Event Duties as assigned.

7.       Other Duties as assigned.

 
Requirements:

1.       Excellent verbal and written communication skills a must.

2.       Must demonstrate a high degree of professionalism, leadership, time management,   attention to detail, and organizational skills.

3.       Proven ability to work with both team and arena personnel and perform at a high level in a fast-paced environment.

4.       Excellent computer skills.

5.       Must be a self-starter and team player.

6.       Ability to sell an intangible product.

7.       Must be willing to work a fast paced and non-conventional work schedule including    weekends, holidays and evenings as needed.

8.       Must demonstrate the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.

9.       Must be able to work effectively, without supervision.
